Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead our digital presence across platforms, starting with YouTube and expanding to other social media channels. This role integrates content creation, community management, and strategic growth initiatives inspired by Gary Vaynerchuk’s content distribution methodology.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, prioritizing YouTube as a key growth channel.
• Manage and grow online communities using platforms like Thinkific, Circle, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to repurpose long-form content into engaging, platform-specific posts (video, image, and text formats).
• Monitor analytics to optimize campaigns and improve audience engagement.
• Align social media initiatives with Safety-Verse’s mission to generate course enrollments and certification leads.
• Coordinate with product and content teams to ensure campaigns reflect brand values and product goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media marketing, including YouTube and community management.
• Proven expertise in Gary Vaynerchuk’s content engine or similar strategies.
• Familiarity with community management tools (e.g., Thinkific, Circle).
• Strong understanding of metrics-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
