Graphic Designer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Colombo. The Graphic Designer will develop visual concepts and designs for digital and print media, including social media creatives, marketing materials, presentations, and campaign assets. Responsibilities include creating and refining logos and brand elements, selecting typography, and maintaining consistent visual identity across all touchpoints. The role involves collaborating closely with creative, account, and digital teams to translate briefs into compelling visual solutions, meeting deadlines and quality standards. The Graphic Designer will also prepare final artwork for production, stay current with design trends and tools, and contribute creative ideas to campaigns and pitches.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of digital and print work.
• Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including the development of brand identities and visual systems.
• Solid understanding of Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and layout for readability and impact.
• Experience using industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling skills, and the ability to adapt designs to different formats and platforms.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in agency or fast-paced creative environments is an advantage; familiarity with digital marketing and social media assets is mandatory.
• Knowledge and skill in Ai platforms is mandatory.
