Marketing Manager – Cybersecurity | UAE
We’re working with a deep-tech innovator driving the future of secure digital infrastructure through cutting-edge cryptographic technology. As they continue scaling across the region and beyond, they’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Leader (Manager/Director) to lead the charge on brand positioning and lead generation in a competitive, fast-moving cybersecurity landscape.
This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who blends creativity with analytical rigour and thrives in agile, high-growth environments with 2-3 years of MENA (GCC/UAE experience)
The Role
You’ll take ownership of end-to-end marketing initiatives, building a strategic roadmap that strengthens brand authority, communicates technical value clearly, and delivers tangible business results. Collaborating closely with commercial, product, and technical teams, you'll be a key driver of market engagement and demand creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution – Design integrated campaigns that align with sales and business development goals, ensuring data-driven performance metrics at every stage.
- Content Development – Produce compelling content for technical and executive audiences, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and social assets.
- Digital Marketing – Oversee SEO, paid media, CRM workflows, and social media to build engagement and drive qualified leads through the funnel.
- Events & Webinars – Lead planning and execution of industry events, roundtables, and digital sessions to boost brand visibility and pipeline opportunities.
- Lead Generation & Nurture – Implement demand generation strategies that convert awareness into qualified opportunities, with a focus on nurturing and conversion.
- Market Intelligence – Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategy and messaging.
- Performance & Reporting – Track ROI, measure outcomes, and continuously optimise campaign effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with internal stakeholders across sales, pre-sales, and product to ensure marketing is aligned with business priorities.
What We’re Looking For
- (MUST HAVE) Experience – 7+ years in B2B marketing, ideally within a high-tech or cybersecurity-focused startup/scale-up environment.
- UAE Market Insight – Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE, with a strong grasp of the local ecosystem and audience.
- Cybersecurity Acumen – Awareness of cybersecurity trends and challenges, with the ability to craft relevant and timely messaging.
- Digital Know-How – Proficient in tools like SEO/SEM platforms, CRM systems, and analytics dashboards, with a proven track record of ROI-driven campaigns.
- Content-First Mindset – Ability to translate technical innovation into powerful, engaging content tailored to various personas.
- Data-Driven – Strong analytical skills, with experience optimising campaigns based on clear metrics.
- Agility – Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment with shifting priorities and big ambitions.
