Senior Product Designer

We’re looking for a senior product designer to help shape the user experience and UI of Sessions Health, a fast-growing SaaS platform for mental health providers. You’ll be working closely with our engineering and product teams to create intuitive, efficient, and accessible designs that improve the daily workflow of therapists.

What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with product leadership to shape the future of our platform

• Own the full design process, from research to high-fidelity designs

• Design intuitive UI/UX for our core features: EHR, scheduling, billing, telehealth, and more

• Build and maintain a scalable, consistent design system

• Collaborate with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience designing SaaS products

• Strong UX and UI design skills with a focus on clean, user-centered workflows

• Proficiency with Figma and familiarity with component-based design

• Experience designing for accessibility (WCAG), usability, and complex, data-rich interfaces

• Proven track record collaborating effectively with engineers and cross-functional teams

• Bonus points: Experience in healthcare, EHR systems, or behavioral health tech
