Title: Business Process Manager

Experience: Minimum 3+ years

Location: REMOTE (Only for candidates in Mexico)

• 3–5+ years of design experience in pharma, biotech, or healthcare

• Strong knowledge of the Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR) review process (e.g., Veeva PromoMats)

• Experience working in a consulting or agency environment supporting pharma clients

• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD) and PowerPoint

• Ability to design and adapt HCP and patient-facing materials (digital + print)

• Familiarity with FDA/OPDP regulations and pharma compliance standards

• Strong attention to detail balancing creativity and compliance

• Effective collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (account, medical, regulatory)

• Comfortable managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments

• Portfolio showcasing pharma/healthcare creative work required
