The Job in a Nutshell💡

At Servme, great design isn't decoration - it's how we make complex hospitality

operations feel simple. We're looking for an experienced Product Designer (UI/UX) to own

the end-to-end design of key product experiences, from early problem-framing to

polished, shippable interfaces. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role for someone

who can move fluidly between strategic thinking and pixel-level craft, and who wants real

ownership over the products that restaurants, cafes, and hotels rely on every day.

What Will You Do❓

We are seeking an experienced Product Designer (UI/UX) to lead design across one or more core areas of the Servme platform, working closely with Product, Engineering, and our customers to turn real operational problems into intuitive, elegant solutions.

Responsibilities:

● Own the end-to-end design process — research, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and handoff — for assigned product areas

● Translate complex hospitality workflows (reservations, table management, guest profiles, CRM) into simple, intuitive user experiences

● Partner closely with Product Managers to define problems, scope solutions, and prioritize what gets designed and built

● Conduct or contribute to user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to validate design decisions

● Create and maintain high-fidelity UI designs, interactive prototypes, and design specs ready for engineering handoff

● Contribute to and help evolve Servme's design system, ensuring consistency across web and mobile experiences

● Collaborate with Engineering throughout implementation to ensure designs are built with fidelity and quality

● Present design work and rationale clearly to stakeholders, incorporating feedback without losing sight of the user

● Stay close to customer feedback and usage data to continuously identify opportunities for improvement

● Mentor and give constructive feedback to other designers as the team grows

What Are We Looking For❓

● 6–7+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role, ideally in a SaaS or B2B product environment

● A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work — from problem discovery to shipped, polished interfaces

● Deep proficiency in Figma (or similar tools) and modern design/prototyping workflows

● Working knowledge of AI-assisted design/prototyping tools (e.g. Claude, Figma Make) required

● Strong grasp of information/data hierarchy and prompt-writing, with the ability to generate low fidelity wireframes and concepts using AI tools like Claude

● Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and usability best practices

● Experience designing and contributing to scalable design systems

● Comfort working with ambiguity, translating complex or technical workflows into simple user experiences

● Strong communication skills — able to articulate design decisions and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

● A collaborative mindset with experience working closely with Product Managers and Engineers in an agile environment

●Experience in hospitality tech, marketplace, or operationally complex B2B products is a strong advantage

● Fluency in English required (Arabic is a plus)
