You are a proven operations leader who excels at building enterprise-grade systems, driving cross-functional strategy, and transforming complex data into business-critical insights. Key Responsibilities and Activities:

Strategic Planning & Revenue Operations:

  • Serve as strategic partner to marketing leadership in developing data-driven go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
  • Lead the development and forecasting of pipeline and revenue targets, providing executive-level insights that inform company-wide strategic decisions.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment between marketing, sales, and revenue operations to optimize the entire revenue engine.
  • Architect measurement frameworks that directly connect marketing investments to business outcomes.

Advanced Analytics & Business Intelligence:

  • Architect and lead comprehensive analytics frameworks that enable sophisticated performance tracking across all marketing channels and campaign initiatives.
  • Design and implement advanced web analytics strategies utilizing Google Analytics 4 and measurement platforms.
  • Build executive dashboards and automated reporting systems that provide real-time visibility into marketing ROI and business impact.
  • Lead strategic performance reviews with C-level executives, translating complex data into actionable business recommendations and growth opportunities.

Enterprise Data Strategy & Attribution:

  • Partner with senior leadership across RevOps/SalesOps to architect data strategies, governance frameworks, and attribution methodologies.
  • Design sophisticated segmentation and personalization strategies that drive measurable conversion improvements.
  • Lead the development of multi-touch attribution models that accurately measure marketing's impact on pipeline and revenue.
  • Establish data quality standards and implement automated hygiene processes that ensure data integrity.

Email Marketing Strategy & Optimization:

  • Architect comprehensive email marketing strategies including advanced compliance frameworks, deliverability optimization, and sender reputation management.
  • Design sophisticated nurture programs and lead lifecycle campaigns that drive measurable engagement and conversion improvements.
  • Implement advanced segmentation and personalization strategies that significantly outperform industry benchmarks.

Lead Management Architecture & Revenue Optimization:

  • Architect and oversee advanced lead scoring methodologies that incorporate sophisticated behavioral, demographic, and firmographic intelligence to predict sales readiness with high accuracy.
  • Design sophisticated multi-dimensional scoring models aligned with complex buyer journey stages and sales team priorities.
  • Lead strategic partnerships with sales leadership to establish performance standards, accountability frameworks, and SLA governance.
  • Architect lead routing workflows, territory optimization, and escalation procedures that maximize conversion efficiency.
  • Drive continuous optimization through advanced A/B testing, predictive modeling, and performance analysis to achieve industry-leading lead-to-opportunity conversion rates.

Strategic Process & Change Management:

  • Design and implement comprehensive campaign management frameworks and cross-functional workflow systems that ensure organizational alignment, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Lead strategic process improvement initiatives that eliminate operational bottlenecks and drive efficiency gains.
  • Serve as change management leader for marketing operations transformations and system implementations.

Marketing Technology Leadership:

  • Lead strategic evaluation, selection, and implementation of enterprise marketing technology solutions.
  • Architect the marketing tech stack roadmap based on business requirements, ROI analysis, and strategic growth objectives.
  • Drive technology adoption across marketing teams and measure utilization effectiveness.
  • Lead complex technical implementations including API integrations, custom development projects, and system optimizations.
  • Collaborate with senior IT and development leadership on strategic technology initiatives and architecture decisions.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • 7+ years of progressive marketing operations leadership in B2B SaaS environments, with demonstrated success scaling operations for high-growth companies.
  • Proven executive-level expertise with MarTech stacks including 6Sense, HubSpot, Gong, Salesforce, and advanced marketing automation platforms.
  • Strategic web analytics leadership with deep expertise in Google Analytics 4 and enterprise measurement platforms. Proven track record implementing sophisticated tracking strategies and deriving business-critical insights from complex data sets.
  • Advanced business intelligence and data visualization mastery using platforms like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Lightdash, or similar tools to create executive-level dashboards and automated reporting systems.
  • Technical leadership capabilities including advanced HTML/CSS, JavaScript implementation, API integration management, and ability to lead complex technical marketing projects and system implementations.
  • Proven track record architecting and optimizing enterprise lead-to-revenue processes, including complex lead lifecycle management, advanced attribution modeling, and revenue operations alignment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in marketing attribution strategy for high-volume, high-velocity enterprise SaaS businesses, with measurable impact on conversion optimization and revenue growth.
  • Executive-level measurement and ROI expertise with proven ability to build comprehensive frameworks connecting marketing activities to business outcomes through sophisticated analytics and attribution modeling.
  • Strategic project and change management leadership with track record managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational transformation.
  • Advanced problem-solving and strategic thinking with demonstrated ability to architect creative solutions, exercise executive judgment, and drive bold strategic recommendations that deliver measurable business impact.
  • Executive communication and presentation skills with proven ability to influence C-level stakeholders through compelling data storytelling and strategic recommendations.
