What We're Looking For:

The Software Engineer will be responsible for producing and implementing functional software solutions. This position will work with the internal development team to define software requirements and provide leadership on operational and technical projects. This role is to be a member of Aspire’s Mobile team in a full stack capacity (React Native, C# .NET).

What You'll Do:

Participate in the Scrum process according to the Agile Manifesto and best practices.
Be a key contributor to the architectural design of the software.
Design key software components using object-oriented techniques.
Code and debug software components for all layers of our stack.
Develop detailed unit tests for all your code.
Conduct code reviews, document, and follow-up on issues.
Participate in the continuous improvement of the development process.
Develop integration tests across multiple components of the software.
Implement complex and core functionality within our mobile app related to scheduling, payments and billing, route, internal/external APIs, etc
Work with the latest technologies and tools to solve the oldest problems which affect our customers

What You'll Need:

Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in software engineering roles.
At least 1 year React Native experience, or equivalent
Strong knowledge of mobile UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect to back-end service
Proven ability to track down, solve, and release solutions to bugs and issues
Experience with version control and deployment strategies
High attention to detail and ability to take responsibility for core changes
Passion for development and high desire to release code
Experience with Realm or SQLite databases
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in an engineering role for a software or SaaS company is preferred but not required.

The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $113,100 USD - $151,300 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
