Digital Marketing Manager
We are seeking a digitally savvy Paid Media and Web Marketing Expert to own the execution of marketing programs and campaigns that drive sales and conversion for ServiceMaster BioClean. This role will have a strong emphasis on PPC campaign management, reporting, website content calendar management, and general digital marketing support. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to execute effective digital strategies and drive impact
What You’ll Do
- Own the planning and execution of paid media strategies with a focus on PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Build, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns, including keyword strategy, ad copy development, audience targeting, budget pacing, and bid management.
- Monitor and analyze PPC performance, generate regular performance reports, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Manage reporting dashboards and compile weekly, monthly and quarterly summaries for leadership review.
- Coordinate and maintain the website content calendar, ensuring timely updates to web pages, landing pages, and campaign content.
- Collaborate with creative teams and external partners to develop digitally optimized assets for paid media and web use (ad graphics, landing pages, banners, etc.).
- Track and report on key marketing KPIs across paid media, web, and other digital channels to inform future strategy.
- Maintain accurate digital asset libraries, marketing calendars, and approval workflows with key stakeholders.
- Own budget tracking for digital campaigns, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and expense submissions.
- Collaborate with the SEO team to identify keyword synergies, optimize landing page content for both organic and paid performance, and ensure a cohesive search strategy across channels.
- Manage relationships with platform representatives to stay informed about new features, resolve issues, and ensure optimal service.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, refine targeting, and ensure our paid media strategies remain competitive and effective.
What You Bring
- 5-6 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on paid media/PPC campaign management.
- Hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, or similar.
- Proficiency with web content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and an understanding of SEO best practices.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio) for campaign reporting and insights.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and presentations.
- Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from digital performance metrics to report back up to leadership.
