2025 roadmap: overhaul user journeys, add a design system, and launch new AI powered workflows.
Youll own the end to end product experience and iterate fast-low bureaucracy, maximum autonomy.
What Youll Do
Shape end to end UX. Map and optimise critical B2B workflows (survey creation, analytics, alerting). Product journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
Own the design system. Define UI patterns, components, and accessibility rules in Figma; partner with engineering for pixel perfect implementation.
Drive user research. Plan and run interviews, usability tests, and feedback sessions with enterprise customers; translate insights into actionable design changes.
Iterate relentlessly. Ship small, test, and improve. Use data (Heap, GA, in-app analytics) and qualitative feedback to refine flows.
Collaborate cross functionally. Work side-by-side with Product, Backend, and Frontend teams; clarify requirements, hand off specs, review builds.
Leverage AI wisely. Use AI design/copy tools to accelerate work, but validate everything - you own the outcome.
Document everything. Keep flows, components, and rationale well documented for the distributed team.
