About the Role
SERHANT. ID Lab is looking for a passionate, experienced creative with a marketing/branding background who is excited to bring a fresh perspective to the real estate industry while understanding the need to fulfill client expectations. The ideal candidate is a collaborative and energetic creative eager to join an entrepreneurial environment. You should have a keen eye for design, the technical skills to support your vision, and be eager to learn and grow.
Responsibilities
- Planning and brainstorming marketing/branding/advertising concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
- Generating and presenting unique designs, unfamiliar to the traditional real estate sphere
- Designing graphic content, illustrations, animations, infographics, etc. (materials include but are not limited to: e-blasts, social graphics, brochures, logos, brand identities, signage, etc.)
- Cleaning up / editing / branding CAD floor plans in Illustrator
- Designing & developing websites for new developments through internal/external parties
- Ensuring brand consistency throughout various projects
- Coordinating with third-party agencies, web developers, and printers
- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Keeping up to date with industry developments and trends

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
- 4-5 years of experience as a graphic designer with a marketing background
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop (After Effects is a plus!)
- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, brand identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design
- Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat
- Online website design builders (i.e. Squarespace)
- Project management software (i.e. ClickUp)
- Email Marketing platforms (i.e. Mailchimp)
- Preferred, but not required:
- UI/UX skills
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe XD
- Figma
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen eye for design and visual composition
- Confidence in presenting and contributing ideas to the team
- Effective time management skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment to meet deadlines
- Ability to give and receive constructive criticism
