Frontend Engineer & Designer

We are seeking a Frontend Designer Engineer who combines exceptional frontend engineering skills with strong design sensibilities. You’ll be responsible not only for building our user-facing applications but also for shaping their look, feel, and usability.

This is a hybrid role: part frontend engineer, part product designer. You will create intuitive interfaces for complex financial operations, craft sophisticated dashboards, and ensure that our product delivers pixel-perfect, user-friendly experiences tailored to clients in emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & UX Ownership: Lead the design process from wireframes to polished Figma mockups, ensuring cohesive and user-centered interfaces.
• Frontend Ownership: Take full responsibility for frontend architecture, code quality, and the development roadmap.
• RWA Platform Development: Build responsive web applications using Next.js for our custody and tokenization platform.
• Data Visualization: Design and implement dashboards and components to display asset performance, custody metrics, and token analytics.
• Blockchain Integration: Create seamless interactions with smart contracts and Web3 protocols (ERC-20, ERC-734, ERC-735, ERC-3643, ERC-4337, ERC-4626).
• Multi-Chain Support: Integrate with Ethereum, Starknet, Bitcoin, and other emerging blockchain networks.
• Collaboration: Work closely with backend engineers and product leads to deliver cohesive, production-grade features.
• Performance & Accessibility: Ensure responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible applications.

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 4+ years of production experience building Next.js / React applications at scale.
• Strong TypeScript proficiency.
• Experience with Figma and end-to-end design workflows (wireframes, prototyping, visual design).
• Production experience with data visualization libraries (D3.js, Recharts, Chart.js).
• Hands-on experience integrating Ethers.js.
• Familiarity with smart contract standards (ERC-20, ERC-3643, ERC-4337, ERC-4626).
• Strong understanding of responsive and desktop-first design principles.
• Experience working with REST APIs.
