Serco, Inc. is seeking a talented and detail-oriented UX/UI Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with UX/UI Designers and software engineers to translate their creative vision into functional and engaging user interfaces for various independent projects. You will be responsible for implementing designs, ensuring responsiveness, and contributing to the overall user experience.
As a UX/UI Developer, you will be the bridge between design and development, bringing visual designs to life. You will be responsible for writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code to create user-friendly interfaces that meet project requirements and user expectations. This role requires a strong understanding of front-end development principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers and other developers.
This position is contingent upon your ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
In this role, you will:
Implement UX/UI Designs:
Translate design mockups and prototypes into functional and responsive web and/or application interfaces.
Write clean, well-documented, and efficient HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code.
Ensure consistent implementation of design specifications and style guides provided by UX/UI Designers.
Front-End Development:
Develop and maintain front-end components and libraries.
Optimize code for performance and scalability.
Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal user experience across various screen sizes.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with UX/UI Designers to understand design requirements and provide technical feedback.
Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive 1 feedback.
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to provide updates and address technical challenges.
Respond quickly and accurately to design changes and feedback from the UX/UI designer.
Maintain Design Consistency:
Ensure that branding and styling are consistent across all platforms and devices.
Troubleshoot and resolve UI/UX issues.

In compliance with state and local laws regarding pay transparency, the salary range for this role is $85,032.41 to $141,720.69; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
