Develop and design Java microservices and Frontend applications for high availability eCommerce platform components systems using Object-Oriented design principles, data structures, algorithms, DBMS/SQL, and Software Engineering practices. Collaborate with the engineers and leads from cross-functional teams to drive key design decisions and ensure the development of application components for enterprise projects. Understand the latest industry trends and evaluate new technologies for appropriateness of applications. Ensure platform components have a clear separation of concerns and are designed for reliability or easy scaling. Participate and provide feedback for load and performance testing. Define and implement logging, monitoring and alerting framework for critical metrics at various levels. Provide guidance and mentoring to the engineers in the team in following the best practices in microservices implementation and assist in troubleshooting issues across the eCommerce application stack to support operational issues and system production issues impacting business. Influence decisions, provide input, build consensus, and resolve conflicts constructively and proactively. Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity. What You’ll Get

The annual base salary range for this position is $161,640.00 - $169,995.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses. This job will be posted for a minimum of five days.
