✈️ Work Nature:

• Full-time and Fully remote
• Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
• Contacting points might include but not be limited to the CEO, the clients, and the Project Manager.

👩‍💻 Responsibilities:

At SEO Navigator, we’re looking for someone who can combine client communication + data analysis + problem solving. This role is more than a traditional Account Manager — you will work closely with clients, understand performance data, and act as the bridge between clients and our internal teams (SEO, Content, Design, Ads, and IT).

Key Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for clients
• Understand client goals and performance expectations
• Read and explain performance data (SEO, traffic, ads, conversions)
• Support clients when issues happen (especially technical or data-related issues)
• Coordinate with internal teams to make sure work is delivered correctly and on time
• Prepare clear and easy-to-understand performance reports
• Ensure clients have a smooth and professional experience working with us

🌋 Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Account Management / Client Success / Digital Marketing
• Strong understanding of SEO, website performance, and marketing data
• Confident working directly with clients (including handling issues and expectations)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced digital agency environment
