Our client is a fast growing SEO agency looking for a sharp, no-nonsense Operations Manager to take the reins and help us scale smarter. Your job? Make sure our team performs at its best, our clients stay happy, and our processes run like clockwork.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll directly influence agency output, team effectiveness, and overall client success.

What you’ll be doing:

✅ Overseeing day-to-day operations and keeping delivery tight

✅ Building SOPs that improve speed and consistency

✅ Managing client accounts and keeping satisfaction high

✅ Running weekly performance check-ins with the team

✅ Hiring, onboarding, and supporting new talent

✅ Working closely with the founder to drive strategic growth

What we’re looking for:

🔹 Proven operations experience in an SEO or digital agency is a must

🔹 Performance-first mindset = you know how to get the best from a team

🔹 Excellent communicator and proactive problem solver

🔹 Strong understanding of SEO processes and client delivery

🔹 Based in Canada and comfortable working remotely with a global team
