Graphic Designer / Web Developer (Remote)

We are seeking a Graphic Designer / Web Developer to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will design and maintain our website while creating impactful marketing materials that align with our brand and deliver exceptional user experiences across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Website Design & Development: Design, develop, and maintain a visually appealing, user-friendly company website with a focus on responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Performance Optimization: Monitor and enhance website performance, speed, and security, resolve technical issues, and implement best practices for SEO and web accessibility standards.

Plugin Integration: Configure and manage plugins, themes, and custom functionalities.

Creative Content Creation: Develop visually impactful marketing collateral.

Collaboration & Adaptation: Work closely with internal teams to adapt creative designs and assets based on project feedback.

Design Consistency: Ensure a cohesive visual identity across all digital platforms, adhering to company branding standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree or certification in Web Development, Graphic Design or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in graphic design and web development.
• Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Premiere).
• Solid understanding of website speed optimization, performance, and plugin integration.
• Strong knowledge of design and marketing principles, with the ability to create engaging animations and visual content.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Advanced skills in design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, & Figma.
• Strong creativity and adaptability to align designs with marketing strategies.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
