Your Role

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer who can confidently move between frontend and backend while keeping scalability, compliance, and usability in mind. You’ll be the technical heartbeat of our early build, working closely with the founder (Solution Architect) and UI/UX designer.

What You’ll Do

• Drive development of our web and mobile app MVP React/Flutter
• Build and maintain Flutter/React/React Native apps for web and mobile.
• Develop a secure backend API gateway and microservices (Node.js/.NET Core preferred).
• Integrate with third-party APIs (labs, wearable devices, health data sources).
• Implement containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) for deployment.
• Ensure data security & compliance (GDPR, HIPAA).
• Optimize performance, monitor usage, and implement CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate on feature planning and roadmap.
• Write clean, maintainable code and documentation.

• Frontend: React, React Native, TypeScript
• Backend: Node.js or .NET Core (Azure Functions, Microservices)
• Database: Azure SQL / Cosmos DB
• AI/ML: Azure Cognitive Services, OpenAI GPT integrations
• Infrastructure: Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Docker
• CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
• Security: OAuth 2.0, role-based access control, encryption at rest/in transit

You’ll Fit If You

• Have 5+ years full-stack development experience (or strong portfolio).
• Are comfortable driving end-to-end features from idea to deployment.
• Love working in a small, high-energy team.
• Have experience with API integrations and cloud-native applications.
• Understand (or are keen to learn) healthcare compliance best practices.
