Email marketing and localization specialist (Swedish market)

As our Email Marketing & Localization Specialist for Sweden, you will play a key role in ensuring that our brand communication resonates with Swedish consumers and delivers outstanding results across email, SMS, website content, and other digital touchpoints.

Main responsibilities:

• Plan and execute engaging email marketing campaigns for the Swedish market
• Manage assigned email accounts and take ownership of campaign performance
• Build and optimize email campaigns and templates
• Create audience segments and manage communication frequency
• Monitor campaign results and continuously improve performance
• Support the development and optimization of automated email flows
• Translate, adapt, and localize website content and marketing materials for Swedish customers
• Ensure all communications align with brand guidelines while reflecting local market preferences
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across digital channels
• Manage and optimize content within the Swedish webshop
• Review promotions, product offers, and website messaging
• Suggest and implement improvements to increase engagement and sales
• Support the creation of banners, landing pages, and promotional materials

Expectations:

• Native or fluent Swedish and excellent English communication skills
• Strong writing skills and the ability to create engaging customer-focused content
• Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
• Interest in health, wellness, nutrition, weight management, and related topics
• Creative mindset combined with a commercial and results-oriented approach
• Team-player attitude with a proactive and adaptable mindset
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in email marketing, content creation, localization, or e-commerce
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo
• Understanding of customer psychology and consumer behavior
• Familiarity with key marketing performance metrics and data analysis
