Frontend React Developer

Join our dynamic team as a Frontend React Developer and help shape the future of our web applications. You'll be at the forefront of creating exceptional user experiences across the web, working with cutting-edge technologies and collaborating closely with designers and product teams to bring innovative solutions to life.

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing full web applications and building out reusable components that will touch key areas including our website, ADC national directory, Center's Marketing Website, Learning Platform, and much more. These are critical systems that operate outside of the Seniorverse platform but are essential for serving the adult daycare space. You'll have the opportunity to create scalable, maintainable solutions that support our broader ecosystem and directly impact the communities we serve.

Development

• Build and maintain scalable, high-performance frontend components for web
• Design flexible, reusable UI component libraries that work seamlessly across browsers
• Implement responsive designs that deliver consistent experiences on all devices
• Create engaging data visualizations and interactive features that drive user engagement

Collaboration & Communication

• Partner with UX/UI designers to transform mockups and wireframes into pixel-perfect, functional interfaces
• Work closely with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate on technical solutions
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and optimize data flow

Quality & Performance

• Write clean, maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimal performance across all platforms
• Implement automated testing strategies to maintain code quality
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements

Experience & Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• 4+ years of professional frontend development experience
• Proven track record of delivering production-ready applications

Technical Expertise

• Core Technologies: Expert-level proficiency in React
• Styling: Advanced experience with Tailwind CSS
• Languages: Strong command of JavaScript and TypeScript, including modern ES6+ features
• State Management: Hands-on experience with MobX or similar state management solutions
• APIs: Solid understanding of REST API integration and data management
• Architecture: Deep knowledge of frontend architecture patterns and best practices

Bonus Skills

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
• Experience with performance optimization and monitoring tools

Benefits

• Salary of $125,000 - $175,000, based on experience
