About the Role

We are looking for a Senior UI Designer with a strong eye for detail, a passion for clean and intuitive design, and hands-on experience with Figma. You’ll work closely with our product managers, UX designers, and developers to create elegant and consistent user interfaces across our web and mobile platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma.
• Collaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes and user journeys into high-fidelity visual designs.
• Develop and maintain our design system, ensuring visual consistency across all platforms.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design accuracy in implementation.
• Participate in design reviews, provide and receive constructive feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with UI design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a UI Designer or in a related role.
• Proficiency in Figma is required.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design skills across responsive web and mobile projects.
• Deep understanding of layout, typography, color, and spacing principles.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams within an Agile environment.
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing components in Figma using Auto Layout and Variants.
• Familiarity with UX design processes and user research methodologies.
• Motion design or prototyping experience is a plus.
• Experience working with front-end developers or basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a bonus.
