The PM works directly with the President and engineering team to drive product direction, reduce founder dependency in day-to-day product decisions, and improve the quality and speed of what gets built. There is no traditional design team; the expectation is that this role uses product judgment, customer context, and available design tools to develop and communicate product concepts.
