WE ARE LOOKING FOR A NEW GAMEMATE
As Semruk Games, we are looking for a Game Designer to work on our innovative and creative projects in the hybrid casual, puzzle, and arcade idle genres.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and testable game concepts and core loops
- Design systems for core gameplay, meta progression, economy, and monetization
- Build simple-to-learn yet deep gameplay systems for idle arcade and hybrid-casual games
- Design and optimize in-game economies (resource generation, upgrade cost curves, soft/hard currency balance)
- Plan and execute A/B tests, iterate based on results
- Implement and test game systems directly in Unity
- Collaborate with publishing teams to contribute to KPI-driven development processes
What do we look for?
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile game design
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Direct contribution to at least one published hybrid-casual game (idle arcade, idle RPG, merge, etc.)
- Expertise in economy design, balancing, and progression
- Solid understanding of game mathematics, resource curves, and level pacing
- Proficient in working with KPIs such as D1/D7 retention, ARPU, and LTV
- Hands-on Unity experience and ability to test systems independently
- Fast-paced, production-oriented mindset with strong communication and idea advocacy skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with live ops or managing in-game economy systems
- Previous direct collaboration with publishers (testing phases, CPI/market fit processes)
- Strong English presentation and documentation skills
