Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketer, based in Rajkot. The Digital Marketer will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, analyzing web performance metrics, and generating leads. The role will involve collaboration with teams to strategize and implement marketing initiatives that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Assist in scheduling and managing content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Content Support: Collaborate with designers to create engaging ad copies, captions, and basic marketing materials.
• Campaign Execution: Help set up and monitor basic PPC campaigns (Meta/Google Ads) under the guidance of senior executives.
• Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on the latest digital marketing tools and algorithm changes.
• Reporting: Assist in pulling data from various dashboards to prepare weekly performance reports for clients.
• SEO Basics: Support on-page and off-page SEO activities, including keyword research and meta-tag optimization.

Qualification and skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Certifications: Completion of a Digital Marketing course (Google, HubSpot, or similar) is a major plus.
• Technical Familiarity: Basic understanding of Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, and MS Excel.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills (essential for ad copy and internal coordination).
• Attitude: A "self-starter" mentality with a strong desire to learn and follow company SOPs diligently.
