Web Designer (Figma Mastermind)

experience—someone who can build elegant, high-performing websites and connect them to the systems that drive our business. If you speak in zaps and live in Elementor, this one’s for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• WordPress + Elementor Website Management
• Build, maintain, and optimize our WordPress site with Elementor, ensuring a clean, responsive experience across all devices.
• Automation & Integration
• Use tools like Zapier, Make.com, and Monday.com to automate workflows and create seamless data connections between our site and backend systems.
• Feature Development
• Implement and maintain site functionality such as video uploads, gated content, and dynamic forms. Be proactive—suggest new tools and improvements before we even think of them.
• Technical Oversight
• Own everything web. You’ll be the go-to person for fixing bugs, improving functionality, and identifying technical opportunities. When you see something off, you fix it without being asked.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience building and maintaining WordPress sites using Elementor.
• Strong knowledge of Zapier, Make.com, and other automation tools.
• Proven experience integrating complex tools like Monday.com into website workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with non-technical team members.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset. You take initiative and thrive without micromanagement.
• A meticulous eye for detail and the ability to deliver polished, scalable web solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to think through problems creatively.
