What You'll Do:

  • Design and deploy advanced ML and GenAI models to interpret structured and unstructured clinical data.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and IT teams to bring new solutions to market.
  • Lead model development from scratch, including validation, documentation, and delivery.
  • Mentor peers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and innovation.

What You Bring:

  • 5-15 years of experience in data science, ideally in healthcare/insurance
  • Strong Python skills and experience with tools like R, SQL, AWS, or Databricks.
  • Proven ability to build and deploy models using techniques like regression, gradient boosting, clustering, etc.
  • Experience with GenAI, LLMs, or NLP - especially in a healthcare context (EHR, claims, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.

Bonus Points For:

  • PhD or MS in a technical field (CS, Stats, Math, etc.).
  • Experience in HIPAA/PHI-compliant environments.
  • Exposure to product management or product ownership.
