Summary:
SeeVee is seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer specializing in large language models (LLMs) and agentic workflows for a fully remote position. This role focuses on fine-tuning LLMs, deploying machine learning solutions in production, and collaborating effectively with our remote team. The position provides an opportunity to work within a small, innovative AI hiring platform based in New York City.
Duties:
- Design, develop, and fine-tune large language models to enhance AI-driven workflows.
- Implement, test, and deploy machine learning solutions into production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional remote teams to build scalable, agentic AI applications.
- Apply mathematical and algorithmic knowledge to solve complex AI challenges.
- Maintain and optimize codebases primarily using Python and modern ML frameworks.
- Contribute to architectural decisions related to AI and ML infrastructure.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in the AI/ML field and recommend their adoption.
- Ensure high standards of code quality, documentation, and reproducibility in projects.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, focusing on large language models.
- Proficient in Python programming and experienced with modern machine learning frameworks.
- Strong foundation in the mathematical principles underpinning AI technologies.
- Hands-on experience fine-tuning LLMs and deploying ML solutions in production environments.
- Ability to work independently with high self-motivation in a remote setup.
- Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively with remote and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building agentic workflows using generative AI technologies.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure supporting AI/ML workloads.
- Background in AI & ML strategy and leadership in technical projects.
