Seek is the first platform to make information about how alcohol impacts whole health accessible, affordable and actionable. In 2024, Seek launched the first and only at-home lab test that measures how alcohol impacts the human body. About the role:
We’re looking for a Founding Growth Marketing Manager to take full ownership of Seek’s acquisition, lifecycle and growth marketing efforts. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with full responsibility for building and scaling growth channels from the ground up. You'll own the full growth funnel - from driving customer acquisition to optimizing conversion, engagement and retention, playing a critical role in shaping Seek’s growth engine as we scale.
This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and analytical, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is energized by building from zero. You love solving complex problems, wearing multiple hats, and operating with a strong sense of ownership. You’re excited to build something that has the potential to change the future of human health.
What we’re looking for:
- You have 3+ years of growth marketing experience, primarily in D2C (plus if you’ve worked in healthcare, but not required)
- You have startup experience and thrive in fast-paced environments
- You love working cross-functionally with teams (clinical, product, design, research, etc.) to bring ideas to life
- You’re a jack of all trades when it comes to content ideation and creation across every channel - email, social, blog, etc.
- You’re very comfortable managing external agencies, freelancers and internal team members
- You have your finger on the pulse of health and wellness trends, and can quickly identify what will convert and perform
- You’re a fast learner and have a growth mindset when it comes to adopting new skills and scaling up
- You know enough to be dangerous across every touch point of a D2C growth funnel
- You’re highly organized and able to move quickly while maintaining attention to detail (nothing gets by you)
- You’re a doer - scrappy, collaborative and kind with a no-task-is-too-small mentality
- You’re passionate about building things that make a positive impact in the world
What you'll do:
- Fully own and execute Seek’s multi-channel growth strategy across paid, organic and lifecycle marketing
- Build, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms
- Develop and scale lifecycle and retention programs across email, SMS, and CRM, using advanced segmentation and personalization
- Analyze growth funnel performance (CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion, retention) and turn insights into actionable experiments
- Design, launch, and optimize rapid growth tests across channels, audiences, creative, offers, and funnels
- Own and evolve Seek’s creative testing engine — working closely with internal and external partners to develop, test, and iterate high-performing ad creative
- Partner with product, design, engineering, and clinical to optimize landing pages, onboarding, and conversion flows across the entire user journey
- Manage agency partners, freelancers and internal team members to execute growth initiatives efficiently and on budget
- Identify and scale new growth channels, including influencer, affiliate, partnerships, PR, and organic strategies
- Build scalable, repeatable growth systems and processes to drive Seek’s next phase of growth
- Stay on top of industry trends, platform changes, and wellness culture to keep Seek ahead of the curve
