We're seeking a mid-level UI/UX Product Designer to join our team and shape our AI-powered consumer products portfolio. You'll work directly with the founder to create intuitive interfaces that make AI technology accessible and engaging for everyday users.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the founder and engineering team to integrate design with AI functionality
• Design intuitive user interfaces that unlock the exciting AI capabilities
• Create a cohesive visual language that appeals to consumer audiences
• Participate in user testing to refine the user experience
• Help establish design systems for product consistency

Requirements

• Experience as a UI/UX Designer, with experience in B2C consumer application design (bonus if you have worked on games or gamification in the past)
• Strong portfolio showcasing mobile-responsive designs and consumer-focused UI/UX work
• Strong proficiency in Figma with understanding of interactive prototyping
• Experience designing for consumer audiences and understanding user psychology
• Understanding of modern UI/UX best practices
• Strong visual design skills with the highest attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration
• Ability to work independently and deliver on tight timelines
• Experience with freemium product models
• Understanding of user onboarding and retention principles
• Able to prototype quickly with AI tools

Bonus Points If You Have

• Skills in creating micro-interactions and motion design
• Knowledge of behavioral design principles
• Experience with data-driven design decisions
• Understanding of web accessibility standards
• Familiarity with rapid product development and MVP methodologies
• Experience with consumer subscription or SaaS products
