Role Description
As a Marketing Delivery Executive, you’ll bring structure and pace to our marketing activity. You’ll be the marketing co-ordinator for launches, updates, events, and our student awards. You’ll be working closely with the wider marketing, product, content and web teams to ensure the marketing elements of these projects run smoothly on time and to budget.
What you'll be doing
Launch and Updates
Collaborate on timelines with the product team and co-ordinate the marketing planning and launch of courses, content, and products
Work closely with product, content, and web teams to ensure the marketing elements of the launches run smoothly and are delivered on time
Work with the wider marketing team on the delivery of marketing campaign
Event Co-ordination
Plan and manage logistics for events, exhibitions, webinars and conferences
Liaise with event venues, suppliers, and attendees to ensure smooth operations
Develop effective marketing promotion of events through email, social media and other channels
Student Certification
Manage the sending of certificates and challenge coins to students upon successful certification, working with our fulfilment house to ensure timely delivery.
Data and Reporting
Maintain and update our marketing dashboard with key performance metrics
Use GA4 and other tools to track campaign performance and user engagement to report on effectiveness of events and launches
Marketing Support
Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal teams to support delivery across marketing activities
Work with our in-house design team to brief in assets clearly and efficiently, ensuring they meet campaign objectives, align with brand guidelines, and are delivered to spec and on time
What we need from you
Must-Haves
3+ years’ experience in delivering marketing projects
Proven experience planning events and coordinating product/content launches
Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Self-starter mindset, able to take ownership and get things done
Strong attention to detail and an organisational mindset
Confident working across teams and functions in a collaborative way
Comfortable using project and knowledge management tools such as Jira and Confluence
Experience using data to inform decisions and optimise marketing activities
What we would love from you but not essential
Nice-to-Haves
Familiarity with HubSpot and/or Mailchimp
CIM qualification or similar marketing diploma
Experience using Google Analytics 4 for reporting
Background in cybersecurity or IT
Interest in working in a scaling business with lots of launches and moving parts
