We're seeking a Senior Engineer to join our dynamic team, focusing on developing innovative tools that help enterprises adopt AI with a secure-by-design approach. In this crucial role, you will make significant contributions to impactful projects, champion engineering best practices, and help shape a positive and productive team environment. You'll be a "safe pair of hands," trusted to deliver high-quality software, from discovery through to delivery, in the exciting and evolving field of AI security.

In this role you will:

• Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure AI adoption tools using Go, TypeScript, and React on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Kubernetes).
• Contribute to architectural decisions and champion engineering best practices (testing, code reviews, CI/CD) with a focus on security.
• Collaborate effectively with product, design, and other stakeholders, translating requirements into technical solutions and clearly communicating technical decisions.
• Proactively identify and advocate for improvements in systems, architecture, and development processes.
• Support platform stability through effective observability, monitoring, and incident response.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and positive collaboration, leading by example.

We're looking for someone who:

• Is an experienced software engineer with a strong track record of delivering high-quality, end-to-end solutions using Go, TypeScript, and React.
• Possesses deep knowledge of software engineering fundamentals, the SDLC, and best practices for building secure, scalable systems.
• Has a keen interest or experience in AI safety and security challenges.
• Is a strong communicator and collaborator, adept at working with diverse teams.
• Is a proactive problem-solver who works well independently and takes initiative.
• Is committed to continuous learning, particularly in AI, cloud security, and evolving technologies.
• Understands how to align technical work with broader business goals.
