What We Are Looking For:
The Director, Account Based Marketing Director will lead and shape Sectigo’s enterprise ABM strategy, driving revenue growth and customer lifetime value (CLV) through strategic, data-driven marketing initiatives. In this role, you will define and execute the ABM vision, partnering closely with sales, product, and marketing leadership to identify high-value accounts and develop innovative, multi-channel engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS marketing, deep expertise in ABM principles and platforms, and a track record of building and scaling high-impact, revenue-driven programs.
This is a full-time and remote position based in the U.S., reporting to our Vice President, Global Marketing.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Define and drive the global ABM strategy – Develop and execute a high-impact, multi-segment ABM strategy focused on driving net new acquisition, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities across enterprise accounts.
- Align ABM with business objectives – Partner with sales, product, and marketing leadership to align ABM initiatives with revenue targets, go-to-market strategies, and customer success goals.
- Develop strategic account plans – Oversee the creation of data-driven, account-specific marketing plans, using customer insights, predictive analytics, and AI to deliver hyper-personalized content and messaging.
- Optimize sales and marketing alignment – Establish a seamless collaboration framework with sales and product teams to ensure ABM efforts are integrated with account planning and customer engagement strategies.
- Leverage technology to scale ABM efforts – Lead the adoption and optimization of ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase), marketing automation tools, and CRM systems to execute targeted campaigns at scale.
- Create high-impact content and engagement strategies – Develop compelling mid-funnel messages, product notifications, and in-console engagement initiatives to accelerate pipeline velocity and conversions.
- Measure and refine ABM performance – Define KPIs and implement robust reporting frameworks to track account engagement, pipeline impact, and revenue contribution. Continuously optimize strategies based on data insights.
- Drive customer advocacy and retention – Oversee customer advocacy programs, including testimonials, case studies, customer events, and speaking opportunities to deepen relationships and increase brand loyalty.
- Lead and develop a high-performing ABM team – Build and mentor an ABM manager, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and performance excellence.
- Stay ahead of market trends – Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive differentiation in ABM execution.
- Other duties as assigned and related to the nature of this role and company initiatives.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in B2B demand generation and/or ABM, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
