Role Overview

We are seeking a Community & Marketing AI Automation Specialist to drive community growth, engagement, and marketing efficiency through the effective use of AI and automation tools.

This role involves managing community engagement, executing marketing campaigns, supporting event promotions, and leveraging automation platforms to scale outreach and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive community growth and engagement initiatives

• Plan and execute AI-driven marketing campaigns

• Manage and optimize outreach using automation tools

• Support promotion and execution of events, webinars, and hackathons

• Analyze campaign performance and engagement metrics

• Experiment with new AI tools, workflows, and growth strategies

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing and community initiatives

Required Skills & Tools

• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

• Familiarity with platforms such as Meetup and Eventbrite

• Experience with automation tools like Zapier, n8n, and APIs

• Strong understanding of AI tools and marketing automation workflows

• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns

• Excellent communication and execution skills

Qualifications & Profile

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, community management, or automation
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
• Passionate about AI, automation, and growth marketing
• Strong interest in tech communities, events, and networking
• Proactive, ownership-driven, and execution-focused
• Strong interest in learning, experimenting, and working with AI automation tools
