As Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be a commercially minded and analytically driven digital marketeer, responsible for shaping and delivering our online performance and digital marketing strategy.With proven expertise across all the Paid Channels, plus SEO and Affiliates experience, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day activity, while also developing a robust and forward-thinking plan. You’ll bring a strong understanding of Google Analytics and digital performance metrics, using data to inform strategy, assign budget, and optimise results.
A key part of your role will be identifying and executing new growth opportunities to drive customer acquisition, enhance brand awareness, and meet ambitious performance targets. You’ll work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders, including Finance and external agencies, to ensure continued performance and accountability.Additionally,you’ll lead a high-performing team, providing clear direction, support, and development.
Please note that this is a permanent, full-time role which is available remotely across the UK with occasional travel to our Head Office locations in Cornwall. If you are a Cornwall based candidate, this role will be based at Head Office with a hybrid working approach.
You’ll help us by:
Digital Marketing Strategy & Innovation
You’ll lead the digital marketing strategy focused on acquisition, retention, and ROI. Using your understanding of attribution, you’ll shape spend strategies that drive growth. Working closely with the wider Ecommerce team, you’ll ensure channel activity supports business goals and customer journeys. You’ll also stay ahead of digital trends and tools, to keep our approach innovative and effective.
Budget Management
You’ll plan and manage annual budgets, forecasting and phasing, aligning spend with business goals and KPIs. Working with Finance, you’ll track performance, ensure efficient budget use across channels, and build business cases to support new growth opportunities.
Planning & Execution of Channel Activity You’ll own the delivery of channel performance, using customer insights to optimise activity and drive results. From SEO improvements to campaign execution, you’ll ensure best practice is followed and issues are resolved quickly, working closely with internal teams to stay aligned with brand values.
Reporting & Analytics
You’ll monitor KPI’s and individual channel (& agency) performance, producing clear reports to inform strategy and decision-making. With responsibility for tagging, you’ll deliver insights to stakeholders and work with the Customer Insight team to strengthen the digital plan.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
You’ll lead and develop a team across Digital Marketing channels, offering feedback and ongoing support. You’ll promote collaboration and ensure the team structure supports current and future goals.
