We’re seeking a Senior Manager, Performance Marketing & Automation to lead strategy and execution across paid search, shopping, and programmatic channels for our In-Home Appliance Repair and D2C Parts business units.

What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end strategy and execution for paid search, product listing ads, Meta Shopping, and programmatic campaigns
- Manage lead generation programs with a focus on quality, volume, and cost efficiency
- Partner with Operations, Analytics, and Finance to translate insights into measurable outcomes
- Leverage AI, automation, and advanced bidding tools to scale campaign performance
- Analyze funnel data to uncover drop-off points and optimize conversion at every stage
- Lead forecasting, budget management, and ROI analysis for a $20M+ portfolio
- Develop and implement testing roadmaps across creative, audience, and messaging
- Introduce and scale automation to drive efficiency and improve marketing impact
What You’ll Bring
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in paid search, PLAs, Meta Shopping, and programmatic media
- Proven success in AI-driven performance optimization and automation
- Strong background in lead generation marketing — ideally in home services or multi-location businesses
- Experience managing large-scale budgets ($1M+/month) and forecasting with Finance partners
- Analytical mindset and a deep understanding of full-funnel conversion performance
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360 (or similar DSPs), and analytics tools
