Embedded Software Engineer

Currently, for the new Seargin project we are looking for a Embedded Software Engineer.

Location: Remote from Poland

Form of employment: B2B contract/Contract of Employment

Key Responsibilities:

• Development of embedded software used in network communication components,
• Implementation of code used in embedded systems, creating new functionalities to the system,
• Working with PCB prototypes,
• Technical leadership of a module or sub system,
• Team member on scrum teams as senior contributor,
• Participating in quality activities, code reviews, coding guidelines,
• Participating in cross business initiatives.

Requirements:

• Experience in embedded software design using C++/C,
• Excellent analysis and troubleshooting skills,
• Experience with Network Protocols,
• Detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills,
• Knowledge of Software tools Configuration management e.g. lint, UML or similar,
• Working in Agile/Scrum environment would be an advantage,
• Hand-on experience with Windows or Linux system,
• Knowledge of software lifecycle and system design,
• Very good English skills (both written and spoken).
