ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re hiring a Staff Product Designer with strong enterprise UX experience to own design across our flagship platform. You’ll craft interfaces and workflows that make complex AI systems accessible and trustworthy to technical and business users alike.

You’ll collaborate directly with product, engineering, and leadership to define the product’s interaction model, design system, and overall user experience. If you’re excited by the challenge of designing elegant interfaces for deeply technical products, this is the role for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Design intuitive, powerful interfaces for complex AI and enterprise workflows.
• Create governance and security experiences that balance control with usability.
• Develop and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Conduct user research with enterprise stakeholders to validate design decisions.
• Work closely with product and engineering to deliver production-ready features.
• Help establish the design culture and standards as a founding design voice.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 6+ years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise environments.
• Experience designing data-rich, workflow-heavy, or AI-powered products.
• Portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and measurable product impact.
• Strong Figma expertise and a polished visual design sensibility.
• Systems thinking — able to design scalable, consistent experiences.
• Comfortable in fast-moving startup settings with high autonomy.

NICE TO HAVES

• Prior experience designing AI tools or security/governance platforms.
• Exposure to enterprise automation, data, or developer products.
• Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup.
