SEO Specialist

SEO SPECIALIST - Brisbane (Hybrid)

We’re looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to take ownership of organic search across a growing, multi-brand business.

This is a hands-on SEO leadership role with responsibility for developing the organic growth strategy, identifying opportunities and working closely with a specialist team to deliver measurable results across multiple websites and markets.

You’ll have genuine ownership of the SEO function, with the autonomy to shape the roadmap, prioritise initiatives and drive organic growth across both traditional search and emerging AI-powered search platforms.

What we’re looking for

• 2–5 years’ SEO experience
• Previous experience leading or mentoring a team
• Strong hands-on SEO expertise
• Experience across technical SEO, content and authority building
• Understanding of AI Search / GEO
• Salary - up to $110K + Super (DOE)

What you’ll do

• Own and drive the SEO strategy and organic growth roadmap
• Lead technical, on-page, content and authority-building initiatives
• Drive AI Search & GEO strategy to improve visibility across AI-powered search
• Identify and prioritise opportunities that drive measurable growth
• Lead, mentor and develop the SEO team
• Own reporting, insights and stakeholder communication
• Work closely with performance marketing and external SEO support
