A leading technology-driven trading firm is seeking experienced C++ developers (3+ years) to contribute to the design and optimization of its ultra-low-latency trading platform. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside top engineers and researchers in a collaborative and high-impact environment.

Role Overview:

Successful candidates will develop and maintain a high-performance, real-time trading system, writing asynchronous, multi-threaded, and performance-critical C++ code. They will collaborate with a team of engineers and researchers to optimize system architecture and refine existing frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and optimize low-latency trading systems.
Develop asynchronous, networked, and thread-safe C++ applications.
Solve complex performance and optimization challenges.
Work closely with a high-caliber team to enhance trading infrastructure.

Qualifications & Experience:

✔ Minimum 3 years of professional C++ development experience.

✔ Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.

✔ Experience with low-latency, real-time, or high-performance systems.

✔ Familiarity with Linux internals, networking, and concurrency.

Preferred Experience:

Mid-Level (3-6 years): Hands-on experience in performance-critical C++ development, ideally in fintech, gaming, or AI.
Senior (7+ years): Expertise in optimizing low-latency trading systems or other real-time applications, with leadership experience a plus.
Team Lead (10+ years): Proven experience leading C++ engineering teams, driving architectural decisions, and mentoring developers in high-performance environments.
Competitive programming experience (ICPC, Olympiads, Kaggle) is a plus but not required.
