This international organisation is looking for a Brand & Visual Designer who combines strong visual instincts with a strategic mindset. The ideal candidate is passionate about building and scaling visual identities across digital, print, and campaign formats. Working in a dynamic and transformation-driven environment, the Creative Designer will have the opportunity to shape and grow a globally recognised brand. This is a hands-on role with plenty of creative freedom and collaboration with a diverse marketing team. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys balancing design execution with brand evolution.
Job Description
The Brand & Visual Designer will play a key role in developing and maintaining the brand’s visual identity. From campaign assets and social media visuals to website content, printed materials, and trade show designs — this role covers it all. The designer will work closely with digital marketers, content creators, copywriters, and regional marketing managers to ensure consistency and creativity across all touchpoints. Approximately 70% of the role is operational design work, while 30% involves strategic input into the brand and visual systems. The team values individuals who are proactive, can prioritise independently, and bring fresh ideas to the table. Rather than being micromanaged, the designer is expected to manage their own deadlines and keep projects on track. With a global scope, the work may occasionally involve external partners and agencies, typically on a quarterly project basis. The direct team includes around 5–6 people, with a wider marketing cluster of approximately 25.
