We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who thrives in a product-led environment. This role is about more than just lead gen—it’s about driving engagement and adoption by turning real product usage into your most effective growth lever. Responsibilities

Own and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that drive self-serve signups, activation, and retention.
Partner closely with product and growth teams to shape product launch plans, in-app messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
Create compelling, user-first messaging that explains the “why” behind our features and roadmap.
Optimize lifecycle email flows, onboarding sequences, and engagement nudges.
Plan and run product-centric campaigns (feature rollouts, webinars, educational content).
Leverage product usage data to shape targeted messaging and improve conversion.
Own marketing performance metrics (activation, product-qualified leads, retention, expansion).
Regularly run A/B tests to improve copy, engagement, and activation flows.

Requirements

4-5 + years of marketing experience in SaaS, with at least 3 years in a product-led environment.
Deep understanding of PLG funnels and how to drive growth through usage.
Experience with lifecycle marketing, onboarding journeys, and behavioral segmentation.
Strong storytelling skills—you can turn technical features into relatable benefits.
Comfortable using data tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, or similar.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Customer.io, HubSpot, Intercom).
A proactive, collaborative mindset. You love working cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering.

Salary & Benefits

$6,000-$8,000 USD per month/depending on your location and skills/experience
