We’re looking for a sharp, fast, and highly proactive Executive Assistant to support our Founder & CTO. This isn’t a standard admin role—this position requires someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, takes full ownership of tasks, and doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
You’ll be embedded in day-to-day operations, ensuring our Founder is supported across communications, scheduling, follow-ups, and task management. You must have experience supporting a CEO, Founder, or CTO in a tech startup and know how to move quickly, prioritize effectively, and stay several steps ahead.
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting a CEO, Founder, or CTO in a fast-paced tech startup
- Exceptionally proactive—naturally takes initiative and works independently
- Fast, organized, and reliable under pressure
- Strong written communication skills in English and excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable with tools like Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, Clickup, and task tracking systems
- Based in Medellin, onsite 2 days a week. Candidates based in Bogota will also be considered.
Responsibilities
- Directly support the Founder/CTO—manage calendars, inbox, tasks, and key communications
- Prepare presentations, pitch decks, and conference materials
- Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and speaking engagements
- Handle sensitive and high-priority items quickly and accurately
- Anticipate needs and solve problems before they’re raised
- Maintain up-to-date documents and trackers without being reminded
- Follow through on requests without delays
- Help the Founder stay organized, informed, and focused
Salary & Benefits
- $3,500-$4,000USD per month/depending on your location and skills/experience
- 11 Days Paid Time Off + Christmas Day + New Year's Day Paid Off
