What will you do as an FP&A Manager at Sealed Air?
As an FP&A Manager at Sealed Air, you will be responsible for managing the global sales and marketing expense budget of approximately $180M. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing financial planning and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), monthly rolling forecasts, and Long-Range Plan (LRP).
- Monitoring KPIs and performance metrics for sales and marketing expenses, ensuring continuous financial performance improvements.
- Analyzing variances against forecasts, budgets, and prior-year figures to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
- Supporting the month-end financial close process, ensuring compliance with internal controls and GAAP regulations.
- Implementing process improvements and automation to enhance financial efficiency.
- Providing business analytics support by generating sales and margin reports at the customer and product level using tools like Power BI.
- Collaborating with HR, Corporate FP&A, and business leaders to identify cost-saving initiatives and optimize spending.

What skills do you need for this role?
- Background in finance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of business concepts, accounting principles, and advanced analytical skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience in financial planning and expense management.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, BIA / B4P / HANA, and OneStream (or similar tools like Hyperion).
- Strong financial modeling skills using Excel, VBA, or Power Query.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI (preferred).
- Experience in a multinational, preferably manufacturing, environment (preferred)
