About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who thrives in a collaborative, agile environment and is motivated by solving real-world problems through well-crafted software. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable software using modern technologies.
• Lead architecture and system design decisions with long-term maintainability in focus.
• Own the full software development lifecycle — from requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-impact features.
• Convert complex business needs into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical quality and ownership.
• Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and security through best practices (e.g., code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD).
• Engage in client conversations to align delivery with strategic business objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Senior-level proficiency in at least one of the following core technologies: Java, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable system design.
• Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end solutions — from concept to deployment and maintenance.
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability; you take initiative and follow through on commitments.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern development practices.
• Professional proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
