We’re looking for a data-driven and creative Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing email campaigns to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns end-to-end.
- Create compelling email content, subject lines, and calls-to-action.
- Segment audiences for personalized targeting and improved performance.
- Set up automated email workflows (e.g., welcome, nurture, re-engagement).
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and A/B test for continuous improvement.
- Maintain and grow our subscriber lists while ensuring GDPR compliance.
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align on messaging and timing.
- Manage and maintain email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
- Monitor deliverability and inbox placement rates.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing tools and CRM platforms.
- Excellent copywriting and content editing skills.
- Proficient in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and email analytics.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email formatting is a plus.
- Knowledge of marketing automation and lead nurturing best practices.
- Results-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with e-commerce, SaaS, or B2B email marketing
- Familiarity with ZeroBounce or other email verification tools
- Knowledge of Zapier or similar tools for marketing automation
- Experience integrating CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) with email platforms
- Understanding of lead scoring, drip campaigns, and behavioral triggers
- Creative flair in designing email layouts and using visual design tools like Canva or Figma
Tools Knowledge and Practice Required:
- Email Marketing: Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo
- Analytics: Google Analytics, platform-specific reports
- Automation: Zapier, HubSpot workflows
- Design: Canva, Figma (optional)
- Validation: ZeroBounce
