Job Overview

SCS Global Services is seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join our Global Heat Reduction team. This role is pivotal in driving awareness and engagement across various digital platforms, with a primary focus on LinkedIn. The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for managing organic and paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Search Ads, as well as executing email marketing campaigns through HubSpot. This role will support other new initiatives within SCS Global Services, beginning with the Carbon Assured™ Certification Standard.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Develop and implement content calendar to increase engagement and followers on LinkedIn
Create, schedule, and post content that aligns with the SCS brand and mission
Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Search Ads to maximize ROI
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed
Design and execute email marketing campaigns using HubSpot; segment audiences, create compelling email content, and analyze campaign effectiveness
Manage promotion for events, such as webinars or tradeshows, including set-up, email communications, registrant management, and campaign monitoring
Write engaging copy for social media posts, ads, and emails
Utilize Canva or other graphic design tools to create visually appealing content
Monitor key developments, news, and announcements related to our work and strategically share relevant content across social media platforms to enhance engagement
Track and report on key metrics for social media, paid ads, and email campaigns; use insights to refine strategies and improve results

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Environmental Studies, or a related field and
4+ years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in social media management and paid advertising
Proficient in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Search Ads platforms
Experience using HubSpot for email marketing
Strong copywriting skills with a knack for creating engaging content
Knowledge of Canva or other graphic design tools
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize campaigns
Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into engaging marketing materials
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Initiative, good judgment, and ability to work under pressure in a changing environment; responsive and adaptive

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in the climate and sustainability sector

Working Remotely
