About the Role
We’re hiring a Marketing Lead to take ownership of how SCRYPT shows up in the institutional
digital asset market - across content, brand, demand generation, and PR.
This is not a coordinator role and it is not a Head of Marketing seat. It is the rarer middle: a senior
individual contributor who writes first, manages agencies second, and runs AI-native content
systems by default. You’ll own the surface - fact sheets, thought leadership, web copy, sales
enablement, the editorial calendar - while directing the PR firm and shaping how SCRYPT sounds
to banks, asset managers, family offices, and fintechs.
Reports to the CEO. Path to Head of Marketing on performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Own SCRYPT’s institutional voice: longform content, thought leadership, fact sheets, web
copy, founder ghostwriting
• Build and run the AI content stack - using leading AI tools in the workflow as default, not
as a pilot
• Direct the PR firm, brief journalists, own brand positioning and messaging
• Ship product launches end-to-end with sales and product teams - landing pages, sales
decks, press, customer comms
• Own the editorial calendar across LinkedIn, blog, newsletter, and event content
• Build the demand-generation foundation - measurement, attribution, funnel health - that
the next Demand Gen IC will scale
• Run market and competitor analysis to inform positioning against key players in the
institutional crypto space
• Coordinate with sales and Asset Management teams on enablement materials for
institutional outreach
Job Requirements
Experience
5–8 years in B2B marketing with concrete output ownership at a Series A/B fintech, payments
infrastructure, or institutional crypto company. Founding marketer or marketing lead at a scaling
startup is the shape — not a marketing manager at a large incumbent.
Writing
Demonstrated ability to write the institutional B2B voice — fact sheets, thought leadership, technical
product copy. Portfolio required.
AI-native workflow
Daily user of leading AI tools. Has built or operated AI content systems, not just used them to draft
emails.
Agency management
Has directed PR firms, design agencies, or external production teams. Doesn’t hide behind them.
Bonus
B2B fintech, payments, or institutional crypto operating background.
Languages
Fluent English required. German or French a plus.
