Requirements:
- 3–5 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer in B2B, B2C, or SaaS environments;
- Advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and industry-standard design tools;
- Proven ability to design for complex, data-driven systems with strong business logic understanding;
- Expertise in AI-powered design workflows;
- Experience in design system creation and management;
- Ability to deliver developer-ready assets, documentation, and specifications;
- Strong eye for detail and critical thinking.
Required Soft Skills:
- Ability to work both independently and as part of cross-functional teams (сlients, developers, PMs, QA and other stakeholders);
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Strategic thinking with focus on delivering measurable results;
- Fast adaptability in changing environments;
- Very proactive mindset, leadership qualities, and continuous learning attitude.
Tech Interview Note:
- Be ready to present 2 of your best case studies showcasing your process, business logic reasoning and results.
- No test assignment - instead, you’ll present 2 real cases (B2B, B2C, or SaaS) during the tech interview.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-quality user interfaces and experiences for web, mobile, and tablet platforms, including complex SaaS products;
- Translate complex business logic into intuitive, user-friendly designs;
- Build and maintain design systems that ensure scalability and brand consistency;
- Execute rapid prototyping to validate concepts and accelerate delivery;
- Apply AI-powered design workflows to speed up ideation, iteration, and testing;
- Work as a versatile designer: handle projects independently while excelling in cross-functional collaboration with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders;
- Present and defend design decisions using best practices, research, and data;
- Ensure compliance with Apple Human Interface Guidelines, Material Design, and accessibility standards.
Language proficiency:
- English – Upper-Intermediate (B2)
