Senior Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Traveling Construction Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale construction projects across the United States. This individual will oversee complex builds in highly technical industrial environments and play a key leadership role from preconstruction through project completion. The first assignment will be located in the Upper Midwest

Project Experience

Industrial and heavy commercial facilities

Processing and production environments

Distribution and logistics buildings

Advanced manufacturing facilities

Highly regulated or compliance-driven plants

Infrastructure and utility-related projects

Key Responsibilities

Provide overall project leadership from planning through closeout

Manage schedules, budgets, procurement, and contract administration

Lead cross-functional teams including field staff, subcontractors, and consultants

Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact

Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards are met

Deliver consistent executive-level reporting and financial oversight

Qualifications

Extensive experience managing large, ground-up construction projects

Proven success leading complex, technically demanding builds

Strong financial acumen and contract management experience

Ability to travel or relocate for the duration of projects

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
