Responsibilities
Email Marketing
- Own and optimize nurture email workflows for new and existing Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), ensuring high engagement and conversion rates.
- Partner with the Outbound Cold Email Specialist to test, refine, and scale top-of-funnel lead generation campaigns.
- Continuously analyze and improve automated workflows, ensuring messaging stays relevant and delivers measurable impact.
Customer Journey Marketing
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns that enhance the customer journey, leveraging automation to engage and retain customers at every stage.
Webinar Operations and Promotional Campaigns
- Manage the entire webinar process, from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with company goals and audience needs.
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to define impactful topics and create a detailed webinar brief.
- Manage the Customer Spotlight Webinar pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of featured customers.
Multi-Touch Growth Campaigns
- Research and execute creative marketing initiatives (e.g., direct mail, unique outreach) to expand reach and drive engagement.
- Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns, improve efficiency, and scale high-impact initiatives.
Brand and Community Engagement
- Oversee branded swag production and distribution to enhance brand visibility and employee pride.
- Lead the planning and execution of the annual customer holiday gift program, including sourcing thoughtful gifts and ensuring their timely delivery.
- Plan and manage internal and customer events to strengthen culture.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Media, or Business.
- 4-6 years of experience in growth or performance marketing in B2B SaaS, ideally within startups or high-growth companies.
- Expertise in executing email marketing campaigns, nurture campaigns, and workflow automation.
- A proven track record of managing and delivering impactful marketing initiatives that drive measurable results.
- Skilled at A/B testing, analyzing metrics, and optimizing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
- Strong project management skills to oversee all aspects of webinar production, including planning, promotion, execution, and follow-up.
- Familiar with best practices for list segmentation and maintaining clean data hygiene (preferably in HubSpot).
- Strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and external partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting clear, compelling messages.
- Strong attention to detail in ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats and adapting to shifting priorities in a startup setting.
- Bonus: Familiarity with the solar and renewable energy industry or a similar industrial field-oriented sector.
